ORGANIC GROUND PERU COFFEE - 250g

Acidulous coffee, without any bitterness, offering a fine acidity with notes of red fruits. It offers a good balance in the mouth and a slight pleasant and moderate persistence. Strength: 2/4 Cultivated between 1000 and 1800 m altitude by small producers united in a cooperative, this coffee is carefully treated by agro-ecological methods guaranteeing the soil a good fertility. In 2003, the Centrale du café was created. It brings together many cooperatives in southern and central Peru.
