The recipe for my illustrations: a mixture of intense nature sprinkled with a hint of mystery!
I like to mix different cultural and folkloric influences in my illustrations, to create dreamlike images against a backdrop of wild nature, diversity, and the unknown 💫 .
The prints are printed using the risography technique, an ecological printing process with limited but vivid colors. The inks are made from rice bran oil, a waste product of rice production, and the films used to print each layer of color are made from hemp fibers. Printing is done in several passes, one per color.
As a result, there are sometimes slight shifts in the printing, which is what makes each print charming.
