Once upon a time - 75cl bottle

Pale gold with pretty pink reflections, brilliant, subtle, fresh and intense, slightly spicy nose. Beautiful collar of effervescence, fine bubbles. Fresh, tangy palate on a slightly kumquat pink grapefruit, enveloping, straight, complex to finish on a nice crunch, a little salty and milky. Nice length.
