Majority of southern slopes and plateaus. : 3 hectares for the Cuvée Prestige Type of soil: Gravel, coarse and fine sand, some clayey gravel, subsoil: clayey gravel with some alios : 45 hectoliters per hectare. Vertical trellising, green harvesting, leaf stripping : 100% Sauvignon Harvest and vinification: Grapes harvested at optimum maturity, 50% skin maceration and 50% direct pressing, sorting table and juice selection, fermentation in new barrels, 100% French oak Ageing: 6 months in new barrels (French oak). Aging on lees until bottling : Wine with very expressive aromas of fruity, floral and toasted notes. The palate is powerful, balanced with a long and fruity finish.
