With an intense garnet color with cherry red highlights, we discover a nose with notes of black fruits, ripe cherry and plum on a background of menthol, liquorice and cocoa nuances. The mineral and graphite note fits into this profile. On the palate, the rich and creamy attack is supported by a base of very present tannins. The aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant) are underlined by spicy, peppery and floral notes which give freshness. Beautiful persistence in the mouth of this wine combining generosity and juiciness.
