Beautiful dark red dress with purple highlights. The slightly closed nose reveals spicy and fermented notes with miso and soy sauce characters. Scents of leather and musk are added to a floral framework. The palate is fresh with aromas of tangy red fruits, peppermint and flint. The wine, already very expressive, nevertheless reveals a base of still young tannins which will acquire a patina over time. Good length and aromatic persistence.
