Claude Dozorme is a French cutlery company founded in 1902 by Blaise Dozorme, nicknamed "The Wolf". Located in Thiers, the historic capital of French cutlery with over six centuries of tradition, our company combines industrial know-how and craftsmanship to create bold, original pieces of exceptional quality, made from carefully selected materials.
We are among the few manufacturers to master the entire production process in-house: blade manufacturing, heat treatment, laser marking, sharpening, assembly, shaping and polishing. Each step is carried out by highly skilled craftsmen.
In 2009, the French State awarded us the prestigious "Living Heritage Company" distinction, recognizing the excellence of our know-how and our commitment to preserving the French cutlery tradition.
