Specialty Roastery Coffee People sources the highest quality coffee beans from farms around the world. The quality of the coffee beans is ensured through direct cooperation with the farmers. We pay a fair share of the coffee’s price to
the farmers and give them well- deserved recognition by including their name and story on the packaging of the roasted coffee.
This ethical and transparent coffee cycle enables the farmers to offer the highest quality green beans and invest in the welfare of their employees, infrastructure and local community.
Each batch of coffee is roasted in
a state-of-the-art Loring roaster, which uses convection heating.
Convection heating also helps save up to 85% more thermal energy compared to roasters using hot air and thus has a significantly smaller ecological footprint.
Our aim is not only to produce amazing coffees, but also to create value and a sense of responsibility in every step of the production process, from growing the beans to packaging the coffee sustainably.
