It all started with a 5 kg drum roaster over two decades ago.   Today we roast our beans in a 60 kg drum roaster and can count ourselves among the best coffee roasters in Germany.   Awards from the gourmet magazine DER FEINSCHMECKER, the specialist magazine “crema” and the “Deutsche Röstergilde” association confirm this to us.   But the best reward is the smile of pleasure from our customers.  

 Our coffee roastery is a factory, show roastery and event location at the same time.   We offer guided tours with live roasting, impart a lot of knowledge about coffee in our seminars and you can book our UPS vintage coffee truck DONKEY and barista for events. 


We traditionally roast our coffee and espresso specialties using the drum roasting process, because it is only through roasting that the diverse aromas and characteristic taste of a coffee develop - from chocolate to nuts to fruity berries.   Coffee connoisseurs recommend coffee beans that have been roasted using the drum roasting process, as with this type of roasting - unlike industrial processes such as shell or hot air roasting - the temperature curve is much flatter.   You ultimately need more time, but the aromas can develop better and bitter substances and acids are broken down.   This makes traditionally roasted coffee much more aromatic.  

 In addition to a wide variety of house mixes, the so-called blends, we also offer pure single-origin coffees.   But no matter which variety the customer chooses: in our factory they will experience coffee enjoyment in a new way.   We wish you a pleasant journey through the fascinating world of aromas.
