Founded in 1960. Passion for the profession passed down from father to son, Vincent PARIS takes over the family business in 2019. Attracted by the job of roaster, and in order to preserve authentic know-how, he participates in the development of the company . The Roasting and packaging site is located in the South-West of France. We select the origins of green coffees from our importing partners to develop our blends and define a roasting profile, with its degree of temperature, its cooking time, which will determine a product specific to our know-how. Traditional and automated roasting allows optimum, regular and unique quality, which guarantees the intensity of the aromas.
