MAZE Torréfacteur is a specialty coffee brand, created in 2021 by Marc Fourchaud, in Cognac, his hometown, in Charente.
We select the best arabicas, paying particular attention to their quality and transparency. We then draw on our know-how to roast the coffee in such a way as to reveal all its aromatic complexity and avoid the cooking tastes that we are used to finding in industrial coffee.
We have made the following commitments:
- Carefully select our coffees, taking into consideration quality, taste and transparency.
- Buy our coffees according to a sustainable economy, outside the stock exchange circuits, to guarantee better remuneration for producers
- Use carbon neutral packaging for the packaging of our products.
- Share on our site and social networks our profession as well as information on our coffees and all the actors in the sector
- Roasting the coffee using a modern process and advanced techniques to develop the most refined aromas.
Roasted locally by Marc and packaged by hand, our coffee is ready to be enjoyed at home!
