We exclusively select specialty coffees with an SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) score above 84, a guarantee of exceptional quality. This requirement allows us to offer you coffees of remarkable finesse and complexity.
We regularly offer pop-up coffees from micro-lots and nano-lots. A micro-lot corresponds to a limited production, often from a single plot of a farm, while a nano-lot is even rarer, with a production of only a few bags. These exceptional coffees are grown under unique conditions, making each batch impossible to reproduce identically.
We value not only the grains we select, but also the men and women who produce them.
