La Petite Cerise is a coffee brand created by Grains de Beaux Thés in Chatillon-sur-Chalaronne, in Ain (01).
It was born in 2024, from the hands of Laurent, a master roaster for over 20 years, who wanted to create a brand in his own image:
Authentic, gourmet and passionate!
Why “THE LITTLE CERISE”?
The cherry is the fruit of the coffee tree! Red, it is dried in the sun, then pulped to extract 2 seeds. These are these green beans that we roast in our roasting workshop.
Our electric Probat machine, over 40 years old, installed in our BOHAS workshop (01250), allows gentle cooking, i.e. more than 20 minutes for fine and precise roasting, without “burning” the coffee bean and thus allowing it to preserve all its aromas.
La Petite Cerise offers you conventional and organic coffees, in order to satisfy all your customers. Our approach is artisanal, we try to offer products with appropriate quality/price ratios.
We roast on demand, in order to have the freshest coffee possible, which is why your order will be processed within 6 to 10 days maximum.
