Araku is the first organic specialty coffee with no middlemen, from our coffee trees in India to your cup. All our coffees are certified organic and roasted in Paris.
But at Araku, you're not just buying organic, fair-trade coffee; you're participating in an agricultural, economic, and social revolution. In 20 years, Araku has become a recognized specialty coffee brand while carrying the dream of a new world for its farmers and their environment.
Our vision of an ideal agricultural model is based on three pillars:
- Remuneration significantly above the world market price for our farmers: Araku France purchases its green coffee directly from the 10,000 farmers who form a cooperative. And roasts it 200km from Paris.
-the quality of an exceptional coffee for our consumers: Araku is pure exceptional Arabica and recognized as such by specialty coffee experts, its aromatic profile combines sweetness, balance and fruity notes.
-regenerating soils and ecosystems for the planet: Araku coffee, produced using regenerative agriculture, is grown using agroforestry methods in the Araku Protected Nature Reserve in India. In 20 years, more than 30 million trees have already been planted.
