Created in 2021, CANOPI COFFEE is a specialty coffee micro roaster whose objective is to adapt your coffee to your tastes. Our coffee is carefully selected from many terroirs and then roasted in France, in Paris, to guarantee all the freshness of the grain.
Our approach respects three main principles: respect for the environment, with organic coffees, RainForest Alliance certified or from small producers. Respect for the work at the origin, with coffees all traceable to the producer and finally, respect for the product with a meticulous selection as well as a French roasting.
Our goal is to make you discover all the particularities and aromas of each coffee!
