Batavia Coffee is a company that started with only one goal; to transfer our passion for Cold Drip Coffee to the rest of the Netherlands. Where nobody should think of a wine where 8 grape varieties from 12 countries are thrown together, and a good whiskey is not mixed either, the Dutch are not nearly as critical for their coffee. And that while coffee is the most consumed drink in the Netherlands! With freshly ground beans and various brewing methods, we thought we had gotten the most out of coffee. Until Jits Krol discovered Cold Drip Coffee in South Korea. The taste was so overwhelming that we decided to return Dutch Coffee to the Netherlands.
