In the heart of the Gers countryside, we are artisan roasters. It is the search for excellence and quality that guides our choices. Whether specialty coffees, cup of excellence, they are roasted to measure depending on the brewing method chosen, gentle or espresso method. Our sourcing is carried out hand in hand with our partner importers, looking for new terroirs, micro-lots for ever more aromas and complexity in the coffees we offer you.
For eleven years we have been offering high-end bean or ground coffee to catering professionals. Today, almost 40,000 espressos from our roasting workshop are drunk every day in the Hotels Cafés Restaurants of the South-West.
We have chosen to adopt an eco-responsible attitude in our daily actions:
- We reuse the cushioning papers
- We recycle green coffee bags, cardboard, paper
- We offer you Ecocert certified organic coffees
- We save 2.5 tonnes of cardboard per year by preferring to deliver to our professional customers in reused returnable boxes
- We sort our waste
