Celsius roasting.   was born in 2022, from our association: Nicolas, originally from Brittany and Lucas, from Savoie.   After two similar courses in business schools, we met during a marketing internship within a wine and spirits group in the Paris region.   A strong common passion already brought us together: wine, and more generally the taste for good things.
 
 Six years later, the time had come to offer our own taste emotion.   Specialty coffee having established itself as a true passion for us, reminding us of the sensations that wine gives us, we decided to take the route of coffee roasting in order to offer you our own interpretation.
 
 So we came up with Celsius. hasthrough these values:

Precision
We are guided by taste, and aim for the best possible quality.   However, we know that taste is subjective, and that the real challenge is to seduce consumers' palates while respecting our standards.   It is this balancing act that we choose to tread, between progressive support in the world of specialty coffee and continuous search for exceptional products, for aficionados and occasional amateurs alike, avoiding any dogma or established rules.

Responsibility
Far from the idea of ​​following a “green” or “CSR” discourse like checking a box, we are trying at Celsius.   to always limit our carbon emissions and our waste, but also to build a virtuous relationship across the entire chain.   This involves, among other things, eco-design, bicycle transport and the sharing of technical resources (particularly linked to roasting).   It also means paying quality coffee at a fair price which allows the coffee producer to be fairly remunerated.   We want to create a long-term relationship with them in order to participate in the healthy and confident development of the coffee sector. We are part of a process of continuous improvement on this point, and are entirely open to potential comments, which would allow us to progress or explain to you the reasons for our choices.
 
 Sincerity
After taking stock of our current consumption of all products, we realized that the brands that spoke to us, of which we were loyal consumers, were sincere brands.   Those who communicated about their successes, but also their difficulties and sometimes even their failures.   It’s a real source of inspiration for us; we want to be able to answer questions freely, without saying anything.   A sincerity that we wish to find on all links in the chain: in our relations with our suppliers, on the transparency of the information disclosed on our products and which we find on the packaging and finally vis-à-vis of our customers on all our decisions and directions taken.
 
 Finally, the passion for coffee as the backbone of the project allows us to support these values ​​on a day-to-day basis in order to offer you the fruit of our work and that of the producers.
