We created a roasting workshop out of our passion for coffee. We love its taste, its complexity, the immense range of flavors and emotions that it can make us feel depending on its terroir, its cultivation method, its extraction method... and its roasting of course!
We love coffee for all the encounters it allows us to meet, both with producers and with customers and fellow roasters. Coffee gives us wonderful moments of exchange, sharing and discovery.

Our sourcing is extremely selective: high-end green coffees and producers who are better paid thanks to the quality of their work. We favor quality, traceability and the search for a short supply chain.
Our roasting is certified organic. We therefore have a selection of ORGANIC coffees from organic farming. Also fair trade coffees.
Our roasting is artisanal, because we take the time to do the job well, but it has all the makings of a great one. Top equipment: DIEDRICH 12 roaster made in the USA, control and recording of roasting profiles by computer, analysis of green coffees by densimetry and humidity meter. Quality control is very regular via cuppings to ensure the quality of our work, and allow us to constantly improve our recipes.
We believe that coffee is a noble product and we strive for excellence through tireless work and the passion we put into it. We want to share this joy and democratize good coffee: our products are very high-end but our prices are very controlled.
