“Originally from Colombia, I returned for the first time to my native country in February 2019. It was during this trip that the idea of the Café Lauca project germinated.
There, I discovered learning about the stages of coffee making during my visit to the Parque del café: from the seed planted, to the bag of green coffee ready for departure, through harvesting and drying.
Since this trip, which was a trigger, it took me a year to carry out this project down to the smallest detail, while ensuring the authenticity and quality observed in the coffee region of Colombia.
It is also my training in international roasting SCA, and international barrista SCA that will have allowed me to professionalize this new passion. »
