At Simon's Coffee Roasters, we work as directly as possible, together with producers who share our philosophy - to have full control of all stages. Nothing must be left to chance. Respectfully, we refine the coffee and roast the beans with great passion.
All coffee beans are unique and get their character from the soil that is grown and also depending on what the adult next to. We roast the beans until we have the special flavors that each lot of coffee beans carry. Unique coffee, every time.
Our roastery is located in Siktesbo out in the Östgötland countryside, about 20 minutes from Linköping.
Here we have built a new roastery in an old barn with nature as its nearest neighbor.
