It was by inheriting the finca of "Don" Pablo Hernandez, the grandfather of Carlos, coffee grower for more than 70 years in Honduras that the idea of Café Quilate was born.
Café Quilate is the story of two enthusiasts who have the common ambition to create their family coffee sector, respectful of the environment and producers, around a brand allowing everyone to consume quality coffee.
