Ahhh the Cascara! What a delight. Here is a rare product that is also reused by coffee growers to fertilize their land. From one of the last harvests of very ripe cherries, the fruits are meticulously selected to then be delicately pulped and then dried for 4 to 6 days. Once dry, they are quickly stored in order to preserve all of their aromas. Results? A product with notes of flowers, spices, raisins, tamarind, blackberries and dried fruits. We are delighted to be able to offer the cáscara of the Obata variety, from COMAYAGUA, fruit of the work of Eli and Luis! Directions for use: Infuse the equivalent of 8 to 10 grams/200 mL of water at 93°C for 4 minutes.
