ORGANIC CUBEB PEPPER

Typical of Indonesian cuisine, Cubeb pepper presents very fresh lemon and camphor notes. Grown in Jakarta, this ground pepper is less pungent than black pepper. Like long pepper, Cubeb pepper comes from a climbing plant with aerial roots. It can also be called tail pepper. Well known since ancient times by the Chinese, they used this berry for respiratory problems.
