Chinese Sencha - Japanese Inspired Chinese Tea - 1kg

Sencha is a tea whose oxidation has been stopped by a steam bath. The leaves are then rolled up and dried. This technique, generally associated with Japanese green teas, was used here in the creation of this tea from China, hence its name. Chinese Sencha is a light tea with a bright yellow cup. It is fresh and its fragrance a little fruity. It is therefore very pleasant to drink iced in summer.
