A Sencha green tea grown in China but prepared according to the Japanese method, that is to say that the natural process of oxidation is stopped by parboiling (steam), rather than dry heat as are in general Chinese Sencha teas. On the other hand, it is not rolled like a needle like Japanese Sencha. The leaves have a jade green appearance with golden highlights. The infusion is fresh, supple, slightly sweet. We recommend not to exceed 2 minutes of infusion to avoid the development of bitterness. Conditioning : An economical format of 1kg of loose tea: intended more for restaurateurs who wish to serve good organic tea. We also offer other formats: 100g or 200g.
