The Maison Vincent Baron is an old Maison de Bourgogne closed during the 1950s. The Compagnie des Vins d'Autrefois bought this house in the 1980s to continue its wines and its know-how. TASTING Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté and Gamay Colour: Gold color with slight pink reflections. Nose: A beautiful aromatic intensity, fresh and fruity. We find aromas of almond and toasted bread. Mouth: We find a beautiful acidity as well as a magnificent intensity. This balance ensures perfect ageing. Its aromatic persistence makes a rich and delicate sparkling wine. FOOD & WINE Savor it as it is or add a crème de cassis as an appetizer. This wine also goes well with desserts.
