A tasty recipe with extremely tender meat that melts in the mouth... For our recipe, we have rigorously selected a French pork cheek which we then accompany with delicious crunchy carrots and sliced onions. We let our meat gently simmer in organic, gluten-free French beer. The latter brings a lot of sweetness in the mouth. How to warm it up? You can open the jar and put it in the oven for about 10/15 minutes at 180° or pour the contents of the jar into a pan to heat it over low heat for a few moments.
