
For our supply, we rely on around ten local force-feeders, located within a 50 km radius of Pomarez. The latter practice both professions, breeding and force-feeding, as in the past. This model assumes that the breeder-force-feeder takes care of the animals entirely, from the duckling to the fattened duck. This is for us, the guarantee of exceptional products. True partners, they guarantee, within their human-scale operation, responsible agriculture and respond through the quality of their IGP production to the requirements that make our products famous.
