Cafe Vietnam Ban-Me-Thuot

A full-bodied and powerful coffee with notes of hazelnut butter for an intense cup! This robusta from Vietnam located in the south of the country is wet-processed, i.e. a standard preparation with several stages. The impurities are eliminated and the cherries are then depulped, fermented for 48 hours to eliminate the remains of the pulp, before a period of drying (in the sun or in appliances), followed by shelling, sorting and grading. This process is used for robustas called "wet polished". A coffee with full-bodied impressions but which reveals sweet notes of hazelnut butter in the cup.
