Thus stabilizing the aroma and color of the resulting mixture. BREEDING 12 months in new 500 l French oak barrels (Allier) OLFACTIVE Wide nose and intense aromas of aromatic herbs, some balsamic and spicy notes, orange peel and citrus. TASTE On the palate we find notes of wood, herbs and spices. Very long and original aftertaste, with intense bitter notes balanced with sweet memories.
