BETAROM

Our BetaRom was born from an original idea: to make a complex and gourmet organic spirit from metropolitan sugar. Its complex elaboration from organic beet molasses grown in France, a 3-month fermentation on yeasts from Rum selected in Brazil and slow distillation underline the singularity of a profile that oscillates harmoniously between sweetness, delicacies and fruits. In order to nourish the aromatic palette of our BetaRom, we aged our distillate for three months on three types of shavings of French oak carefully selected to enrich the taste pleasure of our BetaRom. The work of the oak allows us to bring to our BetaRom notes of vanilla, cocoa and refine the length in the mouth for even more pleasure. The tasting fully reveals the character of this BetaRom: gluttony, smoothness and delicacy.
