GinMist

This gin Mist was born from an original idea of our distiller: to bring together the best aromatics of the Rhône Valley and to make visible the invisible, the essential oils in a complex gin, very aromatic and with a great length in the mouth. . After several trips to the Rhône Valley and many tests of herbs, the selection was made, it will be juniper berries, lemon thyme, Baronnies lime blossom, verbena, lavender, peppermint, fennel and Rosemary. To create this gin, we carried out a long maceration respecting the aromatic contribution of each herb in a French soft wheat alcohol. Then, we slowly distill all of our aromatics in order to harmonize the different flavors of our gin. the Stupfler still allows us to obtain a complex, delicate and very concentrated heart of toast
