CHAI N ° 8 - LOT 92-94 is made from 100% Borderies. The toast is light in order to extract the sweet and light aromas. The grape variety is 100% Ugni blanc. CHAI N ° 8 - LOT 92-94 spends 12 months in oak barrels then is placed in red barrels. It is distilled twice in the traditional Charentaise way with copper stills. There are floral and sweet notes, and a more spicy note with gingerbread and nutmeg. 44%
