Expanding our award-winning portfolio of Black Bull whiskeys is always exciting as we strive to create something different. What's important is that at the heart of all these whiskeys, we stay true to the original principles...that is, to continue to create Black Bull in the same way as when it was launched. in 1864. Tasting notes: Color: Pale gold Nose: Immediate dry smoke, a light saline touch, dark malty tones with green apples and brown sugar under the smoke. Taste: Earthy peat, toasted salt nuts, some citrus, balanced peat sweetness, Dutch Stroopwafels, creamy mouthfeel, subtly complex. Finish: Good length, warm, salty and sweet, spiced apples baked with cinnamon and cloves, lingering smoky embers. 70cl - 50°
