Organic Calvados Le songe (4 years)

This Calvados was aged for 4 years in Limousin oak barrels before being bottled.   Its color is still light, but already reveals reflections of yellow gold typical of a Calvados Normand.   On the nose, it expresses sweet, even vanilla notes.   On the palate, its youth gives it a lively and nervous appearance. 

Trained palates will find aromas of dried fruits. The first and youngest in our collection, it will enchant you with its youthfulness and roundness which nevertheless already announce strength and righteousness.   Our Calvados is a tribute to Arlette de Falaise, the mother of William the Conqueror, who had a dream before giving birth to William.
