White cuvée Classique Organic 2021

A wine from organic farming, this classic white cuvée made from four grape varieties has a light golden yellow color with green highlights. It is an intense, round and fruity wine: the floral notes of hawthorn and verbena reflect the surrounding Alpilles. It will easily pair with grilled fish and fish in sauce, oysters, shellfish, white meats. 14% vol. – Grapes: Chardonnay 40%, Sauvignon 27%, Viognier 22%, Rolle 11%
