Blend: Syrah Mourvèdre Grenache IGP Côtes de Thongue Vintage 2024 Carbonic maceration on all grape varieties. Vinification and aging in vats. Discover our red with the flavors of the Terrasses du Larzac region. An exquisite blend of our Mourvèdre, Grenache and Syrah plots located in Montpeyroux. It offers a subtle nose of black fruits and spices, followed by a smooth mouth with aromas of blackcurrant, eucalyptus and scrubland. The first sip calls for the second. It can be accompanied with a variety of tasty dishes. Vincent's very first wine, the one that introduced him to winemaking alongside his father, Guy. A signature vintage in which we can clearly recognize “his touch”!!
