100% Chardonnay IGP: Côtes de Thongue Fermentation & aging with 50% in vats and 50% in French oak barrels. Vintage 2022 Nose on ripe fruits (green apple, citrus fruits, apricot); we feel a lot of delicacy & smoothness In the mouth, we find the intensity of the nose and its complexity! It is a wine that combines smoothness and freshness, citrus fruits, smoky notes and that beautiful persistence that makes you salivate. We can get to the stove to cook with exotic flavors, or quite simply with a beautiful and delicious cheese platter!!
