Blend: Syrah, Grenache, Petit Verdot IGP Côtes de Thongue Vintage 2023 Syrah in carbonic maceration and traditional vinification on Grenache. Barrel aging for Petit Verdot. Supple, with a smooth and generous mouthfeel of black fruits, supported by silky tannins bringing freshness to our taste buds. A blend of Syrah/Grenache and Petit Verdot that goes wonderfully with a rack of lamb, paella or even a pepper tarte tatin. For even more pleasure, you can open it 1 to 2 hours before!!
