Our grandmother's first name.   A wine in its image, subtle and delicate.   A 100% Chardonnay.    Very lightly toasted white wine with a hint of salinity, drawn from its soils close to the sea.   Ideal as an aperitif, with a fish parillade, almond trout, or a hard cheese platter.
