Kick off 2021

Our 2021 kick-off vintage Grenache Noir 100% Soils: Schist Old vines over 50 years old Organic farming label French wine VAT: 14% 75 cl Destemmed, crushed grapes. Spontaneous vinification, natural fermentation with native yeasts 14 days vatting. Aged in concrete vats. Harvested by hand and transported in crates to preserve the quality of the grapes. Total SO2 less than 30 mg/l. Beautiful garnet color with purple reflections, expressive nose with notes of strawberry and rhubarb, round and fruity mouth with a tangy finish.
