 Aromas of ripe black fruits and blackcurrant. Beautiful finesse on the palate, round and silky tannins. Harmonious and persistent finish.

 Mourvèdre can be capricious and requires particular attention in the vineyard and in the cellar, it brings all its character and complexity to this wine. A late harvest is mandatory to extract its full potential. “A true winegrower’s grape variety which has found its place in the exploitation of Domaine Trilles.” -This wine will accompany your brie with truffles, your game and red meats. -Serve between 16° and 18°. -Drink immediately with an aging potential of 8 to 10 years.
