- Description : Golden yellow robe. Finely woody nose, vanilla, combining resin, ripe white fruits, flower honey, butter. On the palate, the aging is docile and does not hinder the fruit. Dense, ample Chablis, with a complete aromatic profile. Bold and majestic. - Breeding and Tasting: Aged in oak barrels since harvest. Our barrels, of French quality, aged from 0 to 10 years, transmit vanilla, toasted and slightly buttery notes to our cuvée.
