Through the Chardonnay Les Jamelles, Catherine Delaunay shows all her Burgundy know-how. The wine is complex and elegant, perfectly balanced between freshness and fruit, its aromas are finely woody and its finish rich, long and harmonious. Chardonnay Les Jamelles is distinguished by its freshness, its fruit and its richness, which are reminiscent of the Burgundian origins of the creator of the wines, Catherine Delaunay. With a pretty limpid golden color, the wine reveals aromas of apricot and pear, notes of hazelnut and white flowers and a slightly buttery finish. The woodiness reveals itself subtly thanks to notes of candied chestnut, toffee and praline to which is added a lemony note. On the palate, it is a complex and very balanced wine which is distinguished by its great freshness, its very beautiful minerality and its long finish. Serve very chilled (12°C) as an aperitif, with seafood, fish, charcuterie, white meat. Catherine Delaunay particularly likes to pair it with a beautiful roast chicken and potatoes, or sea bass en papillote.
