LES JAMELLES-PINOT NOIR

A beautiful ruby ​​red, Les Jamelles Pinot Noir reveals a nose of small red and black fruits, floral notes, and a delicately woody and vanilla touch.  On the palate, it shows a nice complexity.  Rich, long and fatty, it has flavors of crushed red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and jam plums.  Its tannins are well coated and melted.  Influenced by its Burgundian origin, Catherine Delaunay offers a wine faithful to its grape variety with its aromas of small red fruits, its mineral touch which gives it a beautiful freshness and its well-coated tannins.  A perfect balance!  Serve at 17°C with cold meats, white meat (creamed poultry) and light cheese.  Catherine Delaunay particularly recommends pairing it with beef bourguignon, osso buco, Gaston Gérard chicken or even a peach tart.
