LES JAMELLES-VIOGNIER

Viognier is one of the favorite white wines of the Les Jamelles range. With its fruity aromas, its roundness and its freshness, the Viognier reserves beautiful surprises during its tasting! With a pretty pale gold color, Viognier Les Jamelles is rich and very aromatic, with notes of apricot and white peach. There are also floral nuances (acacia flower). This wine is round in the mouth, with great freshness and shows an exceptional balance between richness and acidity. The tasting ends with a nougat finish. Served chilled, Viognier is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany Asian cuisine (seafood and fish) or asparagus. It will be perfect on a fruit tart. Catherine Delaunay suggests pairing it, in summer, with a vegetable tian or a fillet of sole with asparagus with a salt bite.
