LES JAMELLES-GRENACHE RED

Grenache is a grape variety that gives its best when grown in warm, Mediterranean regions. Our Grenache is round and fruity with a nice length in the mouth. It is a pleasant, pleasant wine, perfect for informal meals. Purple in color with lively reflections, Grenache Les Jamelles has an intense nose of red fruits (raspberry) and notes of sweet spices (cardamom). Its mouth, very rich, is very balanced, all in roundness and offers aromas of coulis of fresh berries (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry). Shades of spices (fresh pepper) bring a nice freshness to the whole. Served at 17-18°C, this Grenache can be easily served with a terrine, Mediterranean cuisine, grilled meat (lamb) or meat in sauce. It will also go well with a dessert based on red fruits. Catherine Delaunay suggests a stuffed zucchini flower or a stuffed vine leaf, served with lamb and rice. Or a plate of goat's and sheep's cheese, and for dessert, a salad of red fruits, melon and vineyard peach.
