This Gamay red grape variety is best consumed young but can be kept for several years. It is distinguished by its fruity fullness. It is flexible and balanced. Ruby color with purple highlights. An elegant nose with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant. Supple and light with round tannins giving it a tender character. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: Beef tartare, gizzard salad, charcuterie platter. SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 14° and 16°C. Grape Variety: Gamay Vinification: Vatting of the harvest after passing through a sorting table, followed by two fermentations before aging and bottling. Aging: 1 to 3 years
