The Cabernet Franc grape variety produces an intense and characteristic wine with aromas of raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries. It is a full-bodied wine, which fully develops after two years of aging. An elegant dark garnet color. An elegant nose, a combination of ripe black and red fruits. Develops a delicious fruitiness with coated tannins. FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS: duck skewer, grilled hanger steak, venison stew, wild boar terrine. SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve at room temperature. Grape Variety: Cabernet Franc Vinification: Vatting of the harvest after passing through a sorting table, followed by two fermentations before aging and bottling. Aging: 1 to 6 years
